Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Rules (the “Listing Rules”) Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) under the expansion of paperless listing regime and electronic dissemination of corporate communications that came into effect on 31 December 2023 and the articles of association of Golden Solar New Energy Technology Holdings Limited (the “Company”), the Company will disseminate the future corporate communications of the Company (the “Corporate Communications” 1) to its Shareholders2 electronically and only send corporate communications in printed form to the Shareholders upon request.
